THE FIRST PART OF FIXING A PROBLEM IS ADMITTING THERE IS ONE

If you are looking into business rescue for your company, then you need to pat yourself on the back because many business owners will refuse to admit there is a problem until it is too late.

They may not be open to change.  They may not like the idea of a stranger coming into their business and pointing out problems.  What a business owner needs to understand is that the possible changes that need to be made usually have nothing to do with the amazing company they are proud of starting x number of years ago.

The problems usually have more to do with something that has either changed or broke along the way.

SOMETHING IS BROKEN

When a business is in need of rescue, the problem(s) could be coming from anywhere.  Some of the more common areas include:

  • The Design: Times are changing and so is the consumer.  What was eye catching years ago, may look incredibly outdated now.  Today’s consumer is only becoming more and more visual when making buying decisions.  It might be time for a face lift.
  • Operations: From manufacturing equipment to the sales pitch, problems in the day to day process can effect the way business is conducted and result in minimal profits.
  • The People: Do some employees play by their own rules?  Is the problem with upper management?  These are only a couple of scenarios that can lead to less communication, more gossip, lower moral and an unhealthy work environment that will damage all areas of the business – including the customer experience.

WE GOT BRIGHT IDEAS

We would love to learn about your business, the day to day operations, meet your amazing employees, observe how everything works, then wrap the visit up with a short meeting to go over your concerns, goals and how we can help you get there.  If you give us the go-ahead, then we would work with you out of your location.

The time it can take till our job is done can range between 2 weeks to a month – depending how smooth the process goes and how open and willing the company is to adjustments.

Our goal is not to change a company, but to help it evolve into what it needs to be so it continues to be successful.  We want to help put the excitement back into a business and make it as awesome as it once was.

That being said, no matter how amazing the job we do is, the real rock star is the business owner who is willing to change and grow for the benefit of their company and its employees.
